I move with quiet, yet impactful intent. As a recent graduate from Bentley University, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Experience Design, a program that encompasses Public Relations, Customer Engagement strategies, and UX/UI capabilities.

I have experience in agency, nonprofit, and corporate-adjacent industries, where I have gained strong fundamentals in marketing, analytics, event coordination, and communication strategies.

Creativity is at the heart of everything I do, both professionally and personally. Growing up on the small island of Puerto Rico, I was once so shy that I experienced what’s known as “selective mutism.” Instead of letting that define me, I used it as fuel to push past my comfort zone, challenge myself, and grow into the confident, driven person I am today.

I am currently seeking opportunities where I cannot only utilize my abilities and apply my academic and work experience, but also learn from those around me.

Digital Marketing

Blending strategy with execution across email, social, and web. I’ve executed digital campaigns using tools like Canva, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite, always with a focus on reaching the right audience at the right time.

Brand Management

Strategic thinking meets creative execution. I’ve helped shape and maintain brand identity through consistent messaging, visual direction, and campaign development — especially with LCL and CWB.

Content Creation

Storytelling through visuals, copy, and strategy. I’ve grown brand visibility through curated content across Instagram and LinkedIn — boosting views on organic posts and engagement rates.

Customer Engagement

I create meaningful touchpoints that drive loyalty and participation. From email campaigns to sponsor activations, I helped secure 10 sponsors for the Gearing Up Conference and 5+ for ALPFA, boosting event turnout and community impact.

UX/UI Design

Exploring the intersection of aesthetics and function. Using Figma, Canva and Adobe Illustrator, I design wireframes and user flows that improve the digital experience — with a strong understanding of Experience Design principles from my minor.

Project Management

Organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative. From leading student org events to cross-functional marketing campaigns, I’ve managed projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines using tools like Monday.com, G-suite, and Microsoft Office.

Marketing Analytics

Turning data into insights. From analyzing campaign performance to tracking KPIs, I translate numbers into actions that improve ROI. Experienced in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, IBM SPSS, Tableau, and Excel.

Public Relations

Shaping perception through intentional storytelling and outreach, I served as PR Chair for La Cultura Latina revitalizing the organization’s post-pandemic presence. My efforts boosted event turnout strengthened community ties through effective messaging, social strategy, and partnerships.
